For the past 35 years, investors, borrowers and brokers have relied on AIC to provide the finest service available. We specialize in business-purpose loans on Oregon real estate. These types of loans are also referred to as first trust deed investments, hard money real estate loans, or private money real estate loans.
One Objective: Common-Sense Real Estate Loans and Investments
AIC was founded by Michael Welt and Marty Hall in 1984 with one simple objective in mind: to fund common-sense real estate loans. AIC was built on word-of-mouth advertising and honoring commitments.
Today, AIC operates as a small team of four individuals. With Marty and Mike substantially retired, Austin now coordinates loan origination with Paul. Amy and Ciarra, process payments, draws, payoff letters and monitor insurance. Though AIC is a small office, we are available to answer questions and guide clients through the process. We complete our own underwriting, site inspections, and document-drawing. This ensures the easiest and quickest process for our borrowers while retaining the highest level of commitment to our investors.
