This traditional craftsman style home was built in 1912 and fully remodeled in 2021. AIC’s client completed a massive addition to the rear of the home, taking the one original bedroom and creating a large master suite on the main level. The upper level of the addition featured an additional three bedrooms with one full bathroom. In total, the home now features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a small bonus area. This quiet Portland home is close to many shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Multnomah County is one of AIC’s favorite places to do fix-and-flips.
