Hillock Heights Subdivision & Spec Home Construction
This AIC client subdivided his property into 8 building lots after completing all planning with the city. Upon completion of the subdivision, AIC’s client sold 4 of the 8 lots. The client received permits and completed all engineering and planning when AIC provided our client with a construction loan to fund the completion of spec-homes on the remaining four lots. Three homes have been completed and one is currently under construction.
