Modern Spec Home Construction in Portland
This client came to AIC after completing a minor land partition to split off a new building lot. The client owned the property free and clear and had started construction. When AIC became involved the home was fully framed with roof and mechanicals already installed. AIC was able to step in and help fund the completion of this newly built modern spec home featuring four bedrooms with two- and one-half bathrooms. After completion of this project, the client was able to sell this property for more than the predicted market value.
